At EdgeVerve, Praveen leads a highly talented team of Engineers and Product managers in building an ecosystem of Products addressing industries and functions such Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer Packaged Goods and Supply chains. Prior to Infosys, Praveen spent many years at GE Capital and GE Money in India and did a gamut of functions and roles across retail finance, corporate leasing and risk management. Among other things, he managed a 500Mn$ Auto portfolio, was instrumental in setting up a fast funding channel in consumer lending and expanded a corporate leasing product. With his background across core Industry domains and the evolving cutting edge technology landscape, Praveen is on the forefront of driving change and brings a practitioner’s view to translate concepts to reality.

      Tom Paholski

      Senior Director - Field Operations, Mass Market Field Operations, Lumen Technologies.

      Tom Paholski is a service-oriented leader with over 33 years of combined Telcom industry experience with AT&T and Lumen Technologies. He is a Marine Corps Veteran, residing in the great State of Texas, and is currently the Senior Director of Field Operations for Lumen Technologies leading their dispatch operations, field technician support centers, network inventory build and internal business office operations throughout the United States. Tom began his career in the late 80’s as a Field Technician and has served in leadership positions in Field Operations, Center Operations, Human Resources, Executive Staff Support, Labor Relations, Training and Development and Program Management. Throughout his career, Tom has been called upon to reimagine how organizations approach their business through greater use of data analytics, enhanced tooling, and by returning to basic customer service fundamentals resulting in higher productivity, increased customer satisfaction, improved employee satisfaction and increased profitability.

      Bhushan Sethi

      Bhushan is a global practice leader, pragmatic strategist and practitioner with a demonstrable track record of working with financial Institutions and leading global organizations to design and implement integrated business and workforce strategies that enable sustainable business, customer, financial and regulatory outcomes. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor for NYU Stern School of Business, where he teaches the consulting practice course to MBA students. Bhushan is a recognized thought leader and media spokesperson on "future of work” and has been recently featured in WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, BBC and The Economist. He is also a current member of councils for both World Economic Forum – Skills and Education and G20/T20 - Future of Work. He currently resides in New York City and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and US
